"Centennial School Anniversary @ Lantern Design Competition" Exhibition and Prize-giving Ceremony

The theme of the lantern design competition for the centennial school anniversary is "承聚百載．最美的_________________" Through depicting the most beautiful people, things, objects, or moments in their daily lives, students express gratitude for and cherish their lives, inspiring artistic creativity and sharing the joy of our school's centennial celebration.
A total of four local primary schools participated in the competition, including GCCITKD Cheong Wong Wai Primary School, Sha Tin Wai Dr. Catherine F. Woo Memorial School, LKWFSL Wong Yiu Nam Primary School, and Ma On Shan Ling Liang Primary School. After a thorough evaluation by our school’s art teachers, 38 exceptional works were chosen.
Students from our school's Engineering Science Department utilized computer engraving techniques to carve the designs created by the winning participants onto plastic boards. These designs, along with 100 award-winning artworks from our school's students, were transformed into illuminated lamp stands and displayed within the school premises during the centennial anniversary.
