Kickstarting a New Academic Year: STEAM Soars to New Heights! 2025 Hong Kong Schools Biotechnology and STEAM Education Elite Competition Our School Achieves Multiple Awards

The award ceremony was jointly organized by the BIOHK, the Asia-Pacific STEM Education Association, and Little Scientists Education Group. As one of the leading international biotechnology forums, BIOHK gathers hundreds of thousands of scientists each year for top-tier academic events; its exhibitions attract over 540,000 participants from 25 countries, including numerous distinguished scholars. This year's award ceremony was further expanded, drawing participation from 400 schools and 3,000 students across Hong Kong, with 45 schools and 400 students ultimately receiving awards. 

 

On the day of the ceremony, nearly a thousand education professionals attended, including distinguished guests such as Professor Albert Yu, president of BIOHK, and Mr. Kenneth Pang, president of the Asia STEAM Education Association. A prestigious series of awards was presented, and our school stood out among over 400 schools in Hong Kong by winning three major accolades: 

Hong Kong's Most Active STEAM Education School Award

Hong Kong Outstanding STEAM Teacher Award — Mr. Hung Kam Chuen

Hong Kong Outstanding STEAM Student Award — Young Pak Hang (6B), Tong Wing Chun (6B), Chui Wai Yan (6B); Lou Bao Yi (3B), Kuang Cheuk Man (3B) 

 

These awards highlight our school’s success in promoting STEAM education and showcase the talents of our students and teachers in innovation and technology. Looking ahead, our school is committed to inspiring students to reach their full potential through innovative education, fostering skills in scientific literacy, creative thinking, and international competitiveness.
